Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We don't have a strict minimum order. We accept both small orders and regular deliveries. Let us know what interests you—we'll provide a threshold and discount.
Do you make decorations to order and in RAL colors?
Yes. We can change the pattern and dimensions, create your design, and paint it in your chosen RAL color. Prices are quoted individually.
How do discounts work? Is there an invoice with a due date?
The discount depends on the size of the order. For long-term contracts, we issue invoices with a deferred payment date.
Do you work with architects and decorators?
Yes, this is one of our main groups. We'll help you choose a solution, customize the project, and showcase the project on our profiles with attribution.
Is it possible to dropship or have a permanent assortment in the store?
Yes. We offer ongoing collaboration for stores—from individual deliveries to entire product lines. Just let us know, and we'll choose the best option.
What are your deadlines and how do you ship?
We manufacture our products in Poland, so with ongoing collaboration, we can process orders faster. We ship via InPost, DPD, and GLS; larger items (panels, fireplaces) are priced separately.
