In accordance with the entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, we present information on how your personal data will be processed by our company.

Purpose of data processing

Your personal data is processed for the purpose of processing and fulfilling orders, as well as for accounting and tax purposes. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) No. 2016/679.

The administrator of your data is the company Adjatech Metalworking Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Poznań (ul. Ściegiennego 139, 60-304 Poznań), and an office in Janikowo near Poznań (ul. Gnieźnieńska 26, 62-006 Janikowo).

As part of our business, we cooperate with external companies, which means that your data may be transferred to courier companies, external accounting, IT companies and hosting companies.

Data storage time

Your data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes, for a maximum of 10 years in the case of data related to order processing and for 6 years in the case of billing data.

Providing data

Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide the required data will make it impossible to provide services.

Rights related to the processing of personal data

You have the following rights in connection with the processing of your personal data:

• the right to access data and obtain a copy thereof,
• the right to rectify data,
• the right to delete data (in certain situations),
• the right to restrict processing,
• the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

If data is processed on the basis of consent, you may additionally exercise the right to withdraw consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Where data is processed on the basis of consent or a contract, you may also exercise the right to data portability, i.e. to receive data in a structured format.
